The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials/supplies, minor parts, transportation, per diem, lodging and personnel to conduct on-site generator preventive maintenance (PM), load banking and automatic transfer switches (ATS) operational inspection services for fourteen (14) Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) medical facilities. The on-site generator PM services shall be provided in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 110(2016) and by a Power Technician certified by the Electrical Generator Systems Technician Certification Program as administered by the Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA).
