The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement to contract with a commercial provider of ED-provider specific Provider Scheduling Software options that our GIMC Emergency Department will utilize in our department on an ongoing basis. ED Provider schedule generation and hours tracking is more complex in the US Federal Government system than in most other ED practice environments in the United States, therefore the GIMC Emergency Department requires an advanced software that most closely meets our dual needs of accurate hours tracking and efficient schedule generation for an ED-specific context in the US Federal Government system. The requirement will include a base year plus 4-year options. The period of performance will be as follows: Base: 09/01/2022 – 08/30/2023 1st Option Year: 09/01/2023 – 08/31/2024 2nd Option Year: 09/01/2024 – 08/31/2025 3rd Option Year: 09/01/2025 – 08/31/2026 4th Option Year: 09/01/2026 – 08/31/2027 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 511210 with a small business size standard of $41.5 Dollars. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00077 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 08/17/2022.
