The period of performance is base year plus four option years in accordance with FAR 17.207(c)(4) to exercise options. Period of performance: Base year to begin March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, Option Year One (1) to begin March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, Option Year Two (2) to begin March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025, Option Year Three (3) to begin March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 Option Year Four (4) to begin March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 812320 - Dry cleaning and Laundry Services with a small business size standard of $6.00. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00010 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 24, 2022. Evaluation factors may include technical capability, present and past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or February 16, 2022. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
