The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Division of Acquisition Management & Contracts located in Window Rock, AZ has an upcoming requirement for referral clinical general and specialized lab testing services in lab areas such as Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Toxicology, Immunohematology, Serology, Microbiology, and Urinalysis to include specimen collection, specimen pickup/transport, testing, and reporting for all five (5) Navajo Area Healthcare facilities and it’s satellite health care centers. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621511 with a small business size standard of $35 Million. The Request for Proposal No. 75H71021R00003 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiations procedures will be issued on or by February 5, 2021. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, logistics, and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 5, 2021. The acquisition is unrestricted.
