The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Crownpoint Health Care Facility (CHCF), Division of Acquisition Policy has a requirement for Emergency Medicine Physician Services to be performed at the Crownpoint Health Care Facility, located in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The need calls for Contractor Physicians to be board certified, or board eligible by one of the following American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) recognized boards: American Board of Emergency Medicine, American Board of Family Practice, American Board of Internal Medicine or other acceptable subspecialties with appropriate board certification or board eligibility and greater than two (2) years documented emergency medicine experience. All services are to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: Performance of this contract shall begin on Date of Award through December 31, 2021, unless the period is changed by written modification of the contract. This contract will be effective for one (1) base contract year and two (2) one (1) year option periods. See attached solicitation and related information.
