The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00032 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 06/28/2021. Evaluation factors may include: 1. Residency in General Surgery 2. Contractor’s experience of twenty-four (24) months. Endoscopy experience (upper and lower). 3. Current certification by the American Board of Surgery. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), ATLS and ACLS mandatory for all specialties. 4. The Contractor shall demonstrate: a) Competence in inpatient and outpatient surgical care. b) Competence in surgery procedures c) Successful application for credentialing by the medical staff of GIMC d) Maintenance of professional certification through participation in appropriate programs for continuing medical and pharmaceutical education. 5. Interview with Contractor against Statement of Duties, Performance Work Statement, and Contractor Profile 6. Review of references (at least 2) 7. Submittal of Option CLIN 8.
