The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, NM, has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Healthcare Services of Registered Nurses for (3) PACU. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0M. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00020 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued shortly hereafter. Evaluation factors may include Nurse Checklist, Contractors experience of three (3) years, Contractors Licenses/Certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, Diplomas, etc.), three (3) references of the Contractor, Interview with Contractor against the Statement of Duties, Performance Work Statement, and Contractor Profile, and price. Because of the nature of the requirement, the Government will keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 05/13/2021. However, the Government will accept and review all quotes according to the schedule below. Multiple awards may be made. However, duplicate Candidate submissions from different Agencies may render your quote submission non-responsive. Proposal Due Date: 05/13/2021 @ 1:00pm EST The acquisition is unrestricted.
