The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0 M. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00010 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 02/22/2021. Evaluation factors may include Contractors experience of Six (6) months, Contractors Licenses/Certifications (BLS, Diplomas, Valid, Active, Full and unrestricted license to medicine in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or Common wealth of Puerto Rico, etc.), three (3) references of the Contractor, Interview with Contractor against the Performance Work Statement, and Contractor Profile, and price.
