The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, NM, has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Healthcare Services of various Registered Nurses for Emergency Department, ICU, Perioperative, among others. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0M. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71021Q00008 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 01/27/2021. Evaluation factors may include Nurse Checklist, Contractors experience of three (3) years, Contractors Licenses/Certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, Diplomas, etc.), three (3) references of the Contractor, Interview with Contractor against the Statement of Duties, Performance Work Statement, and Contractor Profile, and price. Because of the nature of the requirement, the Government will keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until April 8, 2021. However, the Government will accept and review all quotes according to the schedule below. If multiple quotes are submitted, each quote must not be a duplicate of one that has been submitted in one of the due dates. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted. 1st Quote Due Date: 02/04/2021 2nd Quote Due Date: 02/25/2021 3rd Quote Due Date: 03/18/2021 4th Quote Due Date: 04/08/2021 The acquisition is unrestricted.
