The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice 75H709- CR25Q-001 Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential vendors including IEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) or ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The Indian Health Service is attempting to locate qualified and eligible IEE and ISBEE sources “Native American Owned and Operated Businesses” that can provide a Requirement for proficiency testing for the laboratory department for diagnostic testing of patient specimens for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Proficiency testing for patient specimens are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The contractor shall provide proficiency tests, continuing education, and competency assessment. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services and material required to provide the proficiency tests. Requirements: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Service is to provide Lab Compliance Testing services to the local population. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide Lab Compliance Testing services. Project Requirements: (1) Certified to provide Compliance Testing Services and Supplies (2) Sam Registration (3) Technical Capabilities Statement (3) Past Performance . Potential sources shall be capable of providing Lab Compliance Testing Services in accordance with industry standards for such services/supplies.
