The Indian Health Service plans to award multiple-award IDIQ contracts for Physician, Advanced Practice Provider, and Allied Health Professional staffing services to fill urgent and long-term clinical gaps at IHS facilities in the Billings Area of Montana. The estimated total value of all awards combined is $86,090,000, covering a one-year base period plus one one-year option period. Services will be performed at specified IHS hospitals, clinics, and health stations across Montana, including Blackfeet, Crow, Fort Belknap, Fort Peck, and Northern Cheyenne service units. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about November 23, 2026, and will be posted on SAM.gov, with awards made on a best-value tradeoff basis.
