This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) capable of performing a requirement under the Buy Indian Act. The government seeks vendors that meet the IEE definition, including at least 51% Indian ownership and receipt of at least 51% of contract earnings. Responses must demonstrate capability, experience, and compliance with IEE requirements, including management control by Indians. No budget amount or performance location is specified.
