Fire Suppression Monitoring and Pump Inspections
This contract requires annual inspections of fire sprinkler, fire alarm systems, and jockey pumps, along with quarterly inspections, fire extinguisher certification, live fire training, and monitoring services at three specified health facilities in the Crow Service Unit. The work will be performed at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Pryor Health Clinic, and Lodge Grass Health Clinic. The scope includes a comprehensive annual survey, three quarterly tests, a full NFPA-72 fire alarm inspection, and annual backflow testing for each location. Additional requirements are the inspection of 67 fire extinguishers, a semi-annual kitchen hood system certification, and hands-on fire training for 354 individuals. The contractor must provide written documentation of all testing to the owner.
