ISBEE/IEE Sources Sought: BFSU Oral Surgeon Staffing Services Bridge Contract
This amendment responds to an inquiry for a Sources Sought notice seeking market research only, not proposals or binding offers, to identify ISBEEs, IEEs, and other vendors capable of providing Indian Health Service dental oral and maxillofacial surgery services. The requirement supports the Billings Area Indian Health Service, Blackfeet Service Unit, Blackfeet Community Hospital, with performance on or near the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, Montana. The amendment clarifies that no proposed Oral Surgeon resume/CV or credentialing documents are required at this stage because the Government is assessing general firm capability and experience. The estimated period of performance is three months from award, with a possible option to extend services for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8 to ensure continuity of care pending a planned follow-on long-term contract. Interested vendors should submit a capability statement and the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form, including business status, relevant past performance, licensing/bond
