The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) requests that you review the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal instructions and provide this office with a response, utilizing the information contained in the solicitation.

The Period of Performance is expected to be one base period... The Indian Health Service intends to re-solicit proposals for Mobile Mammography Services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The Period of Performance is expected to be one base period plus four option periods. The Statement of Work is attached. The services required include, but are not limited to providing mobile mammography services to the Blackfeet Community Hospital, Browning, Montana. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the services. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 3rd, 2024 and proposals will be due approximately 15 days later. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov. This notice is not a request for proposals. A determination to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
