End of Amendment This office is soliciting proposals from interested offeror to provide mobile professional mammography examination services including screenings exams, diagnostics exams, ultra-sonography and bone density scans and diagnostic interpretation services using digital radiographic imaging techniques to improve the quality and timeliness of interpretations for diagnoses and treatment of patients presenting for health care. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) requests that you review the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal instructions and provide this office with a response, utilizing the information contained within the document.
