The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses.
