The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Ezzie's Wholesale. The contractor shall supply and deliver bulk propane and a liquid propane storage tank to the Eagle Child Health Center located in Hays, MT on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. The contractor shall supply and connect (1) 8,000 gallon propone tank for the entire contract: Base Year (12 Months) and 2 Option Years. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide propane and propane tank are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 5 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
