The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice 75H709-CR24Q-012 Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential vendors including IEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) or ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47). The Indian Health Service is attempting to locate qualified and eligible IEE and ISBEE sources “Native American Owned and Operated Businesses” that can provide a Requirement for Physical Therapy Services for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurements is: 621340 and the small business size standard is $12.5 million. Requirement: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide physical therapist services to the local population. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide Physical Therapist Services. Potential sources shall be capable of providing Physical Therapist Services accordance with industry standards for such services.
