The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses. Requirement: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide Lab Compliance Testing services to the local population. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide Lab Compliance Testing services. Project Requirements: (1) Certified to provide Compliance Testing Services and Supplies (2) Sam Registration (3) Technical Capabilities Statement (3) Past Performance. Potential sources shall be capable of providing Lab Compliance Testing services in accordance with industry standards for such services/supplies.
