Subject: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Mobile Mammography Services The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to solicit quotations for Mobile Mammography Services at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana. The contract will be a Single Award firm-fixed-price contract. The Period of Performance is expected to be one base period plus four option periods. The services required include, but are not limited to providing mobile mammography services to the Blackfeet Community Hospital, Browning, Montana. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the services. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 3rd, 2024 and proposals will be due approximately 30 days later. The solicitation will be available on SAM.gov. This notice is not a request for proposals. A determination to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
