Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for three (3) Canon imageRUNNER Advance DX C5860i Color Systems with Preventive Maintenance at the Albuquerque Area Office and one (1) Canon imageRUNNER Advance DX C5860i Color System with Preventive Maintenance at the Albuquerque Area IHS Warehouse located in Albuquerque, NM. 1. This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a cascading set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns.
