Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all material, equipment, labor, tools, installation, and configuration of Cisco Webex Collaboration Endpoints for three conference rooms at The Jicarilla Service Unit This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a cascading set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns.
