This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. If IHS does not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from ISBEE set-aside, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider other small business concerns.
