Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Bi-Annual Preventive Maintenance and Service Repairs for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center located in Towaoc, CO. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns.
