The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a requirement to remove and replace all existing drinking fountains with new Brand Name Elkay ezH2O enhanced refrigerated, filtered, stainless steel bottle-filling stations. One bi-level ADA model (LZSTL8WSVRSK) will be installed at the main hospital clinic entrance. Twelve single ADA models (LZS8WSVRSK) will be installed in the other designated campus locations identified in the attached floor plan. The contractor shall also furnish three years’ worth of OEM replacement filters for all units (Water Sentry 6000-gal Model 51600C and Water Sentry 3000-gal Model 51300C, as appropriate for each model) for preventive maintenance stock, Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a combined synopsis for Indian Health Service (HIS) for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70726Q00029 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333248 with a business size standard 1250. Set-Aside: Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If IHS does not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from ISBEE set-aside, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider other small business concerns and other than small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be as follows: 1st Tier: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises 2nd Tier: Other Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.) 3rd Tier: Other Than Small Business Concerns ONLY ONE AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOLICITATION.
