AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO ADD TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THIS SOLICITATION The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services, Acoma Canoncito Laguna Indian Health Center has a requirement for 24-Hour Nurse Advise Line (phone triage). Only one award will result from this solicitation. This will be 100% set-aside for ISBEE Firms. Unless, no ISBEE proposals are received we will look to the next tier which would be any other small businesses then if no small business proposals are received, the last tier would be any large businesses.
