The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following supply/service: ALC WebCTRL System Agreement. Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to solicitation no. 75H70725Q00075. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements, scope of work, and applicable attachments. To be eligible for contract award, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov, per FAR 52.204-7. All payments by the Government under any associated order shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232-33. Proposals will be accepted at 12:00 pm MT on May 30, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted unless post marked prior to the time and date of the due date. A SINGLE AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION.

This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms or if a 100% Set Aside for Small business concerns can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms or Small Business). The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following item/service: Description: Technical Maintenance and Support for an Automated Logic Control (ALC) Direct Digital Controls (DDC) WebCTRL System for multiple IHS healthcare facilities within the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS).
