This requirement is a set-Aside for any Small Businesses. Any and all small businesses will be reviewed and accepted first. But if no Small Business firms respond or deemed acceptable, we will then consider any Large Businesses. ONLY ONE AWARD WILL BE MADE FOR THIS REQUIRED SERVICE.
