The solicitation number is 75H70724Q00130 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211 with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following: Biohazardous & Pharmaceutical Medical Waste Pickup and Disposal Services – Ute Mountain Ute Health Center – Towaoc, CO Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Solicitation No. 75H70724Q00130. Signed SF-1449 - (Solicitation) (First page only is ok). ***Please refer to Section 16 of the RFQ for detailed instructions regarding the Proposal Package*** CASCADING SET-ASIDE Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior (DOI) to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably-priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns.
