This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms or if a 100% Set Aside for Small business concerns can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms or Small Business). A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement in order to be considered. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is appropriate. SCOPE: Contractor shall establish, implement and maintain an electronic clinical application software that provides continuous access to online clinical decision resources to aid in the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of medical conditions. The objective of the evidenced based software is to: Provide continuous access to on-line clinical decisions resources to aid in the prevention, treatment and diagnois of medical conditions for the ABQ Area providers in the eight federal facilities. Due to the critical use and purpose of such software by the Albuquerque Area IHS medical staff it is important to continue the use of software to continue to provide evidenced based resources. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: According to the AAA HC version 43 in various sections it is imparitive that the providers have up to date relevant resources to provide continuous access to clinical decision resources to aid in the prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of medical conditions. TASKS: The Contractor shall provide: Delivery and installation of clinical based software that is compatible with the current I.H.S. Albuquerque Area Federal Service Unit systems. To provide maintenance and updates of software in real time. Onsite training to use software to providers if requested.
