All other terms & conditions shall remain the same, including the due date & time*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Indian Health Service (IHS) for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70724Q00015 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621330 with a small business size standard of $9.0M. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following: Two (2) Social Workers – Non-Personal Healthcare Services –Albuquerque Service Unit Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Solicitation No. 75H70724Q00015. Please see attached RFQ for all details. The Government anticipates awarding at least one firm-fixed price purchase order. **Please see attached Pricing Table, which is fillable for your use. A quote in your own format is also acceptable. The Scope of Work and other details can be found in the attached Solicitation** CASCADING SET-ASIDE Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the ISBEE set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other small business concerns.
