The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center has a requirement for one 8 cubic yard trash bin with lid and waste pickup services. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order to first consideration to last consideration): 1st Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 2nd Tier - Certified HubZone Small Business 3rd Tier - Small Disadvantage Business 4th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns 5th Tier - If no Small Business Concerns submit a quote and if there are large businesses they will be considered.
