All other terms & conditions shall remain the same, including the due date & time*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Indian Health Service (IHS) for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00136 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561612 with a small business size standard of $29.0M. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following: Security Guard Services – Albuquerque Indian Health Center – Albuquerque, NM 1.) One (1) Security Guard for 24-Hour Coverage, to include holidays. 2.) Two (2) Security Guards for 12.5-Hour Coverage, to exclude holidays. Shift: 700-1930, M-F CASCADING SET-ASIDE Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the ISBEE set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows: 1st Tier: Small Business Indian Firms 2nd Tier: All Other Small Business Concerns Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00136.
