The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00117 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following: Fire Safety Equipment Testing & Inspection Services Locations: 1. Albuquerque Indian Dental Clinic – 9169 Coors Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 (located on SE corner of Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) campus) Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00117. The proposal should include, but is not limited to: quote; applicable recent past performance; and vendor information (including UEI number and business size).
