The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service, Santa Fe Service Unit has a requirement for Bio-Hazardous Waste Removal Services for the Santa Fe Service Unit and Outlying Clinics - Cochiti Health Clinic, San Felipe Health Clinic and Santa Clara Health Center. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70721R00011 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211 with a business size standard $41.50. This requirement is a Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms and only quotes from qualified offerors will be considered. Offers will be solicited from Small Business Indian Firm concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the Small Business Indian Firm set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other Small Business concerns.
