This requirement is a Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms and only quotes from qualified offerors will be considered. Offers will be solicited from Small Business Indian Firm concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the Small Business Indian Firm set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to ther Small Business concerns.
