AMENDMENT NO. ONE IS HEREBY ISSUED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGE TO THE SOLICIATION #75H70720R00006 TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE FROM FEBRUARY 28, 2020 TO MARCH 13, 2020. ALL OFFERORS MUST SIGN THE SF-30 AND INCLUDE WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center has a requirement for Services for Eight (8) Registered Nurse (RN) positions, and One (1) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/License Vocational Nurse (LVN), for Nursing services in the Urgent Care Emergency Room, In-Patient and Obstetrics (OB) departments. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47. If IHS does not receive at least two offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF’s, IHS will than evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order to first consideration to last consideration): First Tier: Small Business Indian Firms, Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and Third Tier: Certified HUBZone Small Business and Fourth Tier: Small Disadvantage Business, Fifth: All other Small Business Concerns.
