This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70721R00010 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47.
