The Indian Health Service, Great Plains Area, seeks Firm-Fixed-Price, non-personal Certified Nurse-Midwife services at Rosebud IHS Hospital in Rosebud, South Dakota. The requirement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises and covers two full-time CNM positions providing outpatient obstetric, gynecological, prenatal, postpartum, family planning, women’s primary care, plus shared 24/7 obstetric emergency on-call coverage. The anticipated period of performance is a three-month base period plus three three-month option periods, for up to twelve months maximum. Services will be performed primarily at Rosebud IHS Hospital, with standard outpatient clinic hours generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents best value, evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, Management Approach, and Price.
