The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service seeks an ISBEE contractor to provide two full-time equivalent Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner APP personnel for outpatient primary care and related clinical services at the Rosebud IHS Hospital Outpatient Department Clinic in Rosebud, South Dakota. The contractor must furnish licensed personnel, management, supervision, credentialing and privileging support, licensure and certification maintenance, liability insurance, staffing continuity, replacement personnel, and other resources required by the PWS. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price, non-personal healthcare services purchase order using month-of-service pricing, with evaluation based on technical capability and management approach, past performance, and price, where non-price factors are significantly more important than price. The anticipated period of performance is a three-month base period from February 1, 2027 through April 30, 2027, plus three three-month option periods, for up to twelve months total. Services will be performed at 800 Hospital Drive, Rosebud, South Dakota 57570, during standard outpatient clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays, subject to PWS scheduling requirements.
