The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service seeks a 100% total small-business set-aside, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract using a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result pricing model for clinical laboratory coagulation instrumentation analyzers and related supplies/services. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, reagents, consumables, installation, validation, training, maintenance, warranty, software, interface support, and related services, with only new equipment/parts allowed and OEM warranty required. Performance will support IHS facilities throughout South Dakota and North Dakota, including Cheyenne River, Pine Ridge, Rosebud, Standing Rock, and Turtle Mountain, with other facilities potentially added as needed. The anticipated ordering period is five years (60 months) from award, and the estimated contract ceiling is less than $900,000 with a $1,000 minimum guarantee. Award will be based on Past Performance, Management, and Price, with past performance and management combined significantly more important than price.
