The contractor will provide on-call lawn services for the Great Plains Area Office West in Rapid City, South Dakota, covering three grassy areas totaling approximately 0.55 acres and 1,600 linear feet of edging and trimming. Services will be performed at a government-leased facility located at 3625 5th Street, Rapid City, SD. The period of performance begins at award and continues through the end of the lawn maintenance season, not to exceed six months. Work must comply with the Performance Work Statement, lease requirements, and city ordinances.
