This is a 100% total small business set-aside opportunity for a single firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract using a cost-per-reportable-result pricing model for hematology analyzers, supplies, and related services. Performance would cover one base year plus four one-year options, with equipment delivered upon award, installation within 10 calendar days, and validation within 30 days. The estimated contract ceiling is less than $2 million, with a $1,000 minimum guarantee. Services will be performed at Great Plains Area Indian Health Service facilities located throughout South Dakota and North Dakota. The contractor must provide analyzers, reagents, consumables, installation, validation, training, maintenance, warranty, software, and LIS interface support.
