This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for a Medical Physicist to provide services at the Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal commercial service agreement with a one-year period of performance from the date of award. Award will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, evaluating technical acceptability, price, and past performance. Quotes must be submitted electronically by the specified closing date and time, and all pricing must be all-inclusive of travel, lodging, and other costs. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and prepared to use the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for electronic invoicing.
