This is a firm-fixed price contract for elevator preventative maintenance services at the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility in Belcourt, Indian Health Service. The period of performance is a base year plus four option years. The evaluation basis is Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA), where technical capability and past performance combined are less important than price. Quotes must be submitted electronically by the specified closing time and questions must be submitted in writing by February 26, 2026. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and will be required to use the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for invoicing.
