Firm fixed-price, commercial item, non-personal service purchase order for Bio-Medical Waste Firm fixed-price, commercial item, non-personal service purchase order for Bio-Medical Waste Pick-up and Disposal Services for the Fort Yates IHS Hospital, Standing Rock Service Unit, Fort Yates, North Dakota. The contractor will be required to fill the order based on the departments need and quoted price on the submitted on the bid. The bio-medical waste shall be picked up on a regular basis. This will consist of two (2) days per month during regular working hours.
