The Great Plains Area Office is soliciting for a Firm Fixed-Price, Brand Name or Approved Equal Quote for the purchase of: Optos California RG/AF (Retinal Camera) with Modality Worklist to include Delivery, Installation, Calibration and Training for the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center/Sisseton IHS in Sisseton, South Dakota; FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTION TO QUOTERS - Commercial Items (June 2020) see attached clauses for full text; Quote must contain the following documents in order to be considered responsive and eligible for an award: Complete the attached FAR provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition, including: FAR 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items (Oct 2014).
