In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), the Great Plains Area Office awarded a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Services contract to ScriptPro USA Inc for Areawide Rental, Support, Service and Maintenance Agreement for ScriptPro Medication Dispensing Systems located within the various Great Plains Area IHS Hospitals and Health Centers. Period of Performance is January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 in the amount of $444,528.20. See attached LSJ memorandum for explanation/justification regarding citation.
