The Great Plains Area - IHS intends to neogiate and award a sole source non-personal service, Cost Reimbursement Contract with the Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare Facility, Twelve Clans Unit Hospital in Winnebago, NE. The overall goal of this contract is to proivde a health care delivery system that assists and supports the Omaha Tribal Beneficiaries to access all available health care services for which they are eligible at the Twelve Clans Unity Hospital in Winnebago, NE> This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a request for proposals(RFP). No solicitation document is available and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Winnebago Comprehensive Health System is a business what would qualify under the Buy Indian ACt. The Contractors owns and operates all services within the Hospital and is the only vendor available. A deternimation by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is soley within the discretion of the Government.
